pleasant inn stay

large room water bottles free newspapers

my room was very large and suited me well. water bottles were a nice touch. the breakfast was great and i read free newspapers .

the room got very hot and i found that there was a busy road outside and this caused some noise. also, the shower changed temperature from hot to freezing cold.

The room was very clean and well kept, with a generous selection of tea and coffee. I found the shower to be particularly nice. Breakfast included a menu to select from and a buffet offered coffee and muesli. The quality was very good.

The bar staff seemed a bit disorganized, lacking effective communication, which slightly impacted the overall service in that area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member, Jeanna, stood out for her really good service. Her helpfulness added to the positive experience I had. I found the service quite good overall.

The hotel featured open fires that added to the atmosphere. There was a lovely pub and courtyard that was super clean. The hotel also offered a very good thai dinner option. I would certainly eat there again.

The staff was very cute. They made my check-in seamless. i found parking easy and convenient right on the hotel. my room had a selection of tea, coffee, and complimentary water. breakfast offered a wide choice, including cereals and a full english option.

the corridor lights had motion sensors and sometimes went out when i was walking slowly.

the breakfast was really good. it included a wide choice of cereals and continental options. there also were full english options, how cool is that? the bar area is very cute and comfortable too. parking is easy, you bet.

the pillows could be better to be honest. i also think the water pressure in the shower wasnt great. it wasn't what i expected for the money i paid. the tv reception also was poor, and it was almost unwatchable.
